Licence to Print Pricing

Print Licences are valid for 12 months. There is a minimum order of 50 copies.

Print Licence costs are up to 15% cheaper than the equivalent booklet price.  Our pricing is based on volume, the more copies you order the lower the unit cost.  The table below shows the unit price for each volume band. 

To calculate the total cost, simply multiply the 'Price per copy' by the number of copies you require. Where applicable, VAT is payable on a print licence.

How to order a Print Licence

Once you have decided which publication(s) you are interested in and how many copies you require follow these steps:

  1. Download and print a copy of the Print Licence Order Form (PDF; 95Kb)
  2. Complete the order form as directed and fax back to us on +44 (0)1628 633 262.
  3. Alternatively, email us or call the Peter Honey team on +44 (0)1628 633 946 to discuss any specific requirements.
  4. Once we have received your completed order form and payment we will raise the paperwork, create the PDF file(s) and set-up the licence.  The PDF file(s) and licence information will then be emailed to you.

Licence to Print - Terms & Conditions

  • The material covered by this licence is the copyright of Peter Honey Publications Ltd (PHP).  It may not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, recording, or otherwise other than provided for by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  • Material is provided as an Adobe PDF file.  You will need Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher in order to use the file.
  • Licences are valid for one year from the date of receipt of our electronic file (from which the copies can be printed) or until the agreed number of copies has been printed, whichever is the sooner.
  • This licence allows the Licence Holder to print, from the electronic file provided, the agreed material in its original form with no alterations or amendments. The copyright must not be removed, it must not be retyped or reproduced in any other way.
  • This licence does not allow you to post the material on an Intranet or Internet site or store on a general server.
  • You are permitted to send the file as an email attachment to end users.  You must ensure that they understand that they are only allowed to print off one copy for their personal use and that it is illegal for them to reproduce or store the material in any way and that the email attachment must be deleted after use.
  • Once the agreed number of copies has been printed or at the end of the one year period, whichever is the sooner, the electronic file becomes obsolete and must be deleted.
  • If the agreed number of copies have been printed before the 12 months has elapsed, you must notify PHP by email (licences@peterhoney.com).
  • Printing from the file should, whenever possible, be carried out under your direct supervision so that you can keep accurate records of the number of copies printed.
  • On request by PHP, the recipient of the PDF file must provide an accurate count of the number of copies printed.
  • Payment for the licence must be received in full before the material is released.
