Licence to Print
Most of our Booklets are available in PDF format and offered as a Licence to Print. Having a licence to print allows greater flexibility in the way the material is used. You can print off as little or as much as you wish and use it to suit your particular requirements.
You might, for example, prefer people to complete a self-assessment questionnaire before they have seen all the supporting material. This makes it more likely that they will answer the questions honestly without being 'contaminated' with anything they might have seen in the booklet.
Alternatively, you might want to ask someone to complete a questionnaire and score it as pre-work before participating in a coaching session or workshop.
For example, if you had a licence to print the Learning Styles booklet, you could easily separate the diagnostic phase from the prescriptive 'so what?' phase. Firstly, you could print off the materials in the booklet that help someone to identify their preferred learning style(s). Secondly, you could have handouts that help someone to move on and decide what actions to take to become a more effective learner.
So, in summary, a licence to print makes it easy for you to select the parts from a booklet that you particularly want to use and to drip feed the material as 'just-in- time' handouts to suit your programme.
How do they work?
Print Licences are valid for 12 months or until the agreed number of copies have been made (whichever is first). There is a minimum order of 50 copies.
We send you a PDF file of the required publication and you have 12 months to make the agreed number of copies. You can call the Peter Honey team at any time to purchase additional copies.
