This is a suite of 33 self-assessment questionnaires designed to help people develop the capabilities (competencies) that combine to give sustained excellent performance.

How do I know which questionnaires are suitable for my needs?

The questionnaires are organised into 6 clusters (competencies). Each cluster contains between 3 and 8 questionnaires relevant to that competency. Click on the cluster name for further details.

360 degree feedback

For customers with an Online Licence, there is a 360 degree feedback option for questionnaires within the Behaviour Series.  The individual user simply chooses which people they wish to have feedback from, an email request is then sent with a link to a 360 degree version of the relevant questionnaire.
