How many questionnaires are Online?

There are 40 questionnaires available to do online, each focusing on learning and behaviour. The questionnaires are:

  • Comprehensive - providing all the help people need to become more effective and gives them real insights into their beliefs, behaviours, skills and styles
  • Flexible - each questionnaire is a stand-alone module, users can select the ones that best meet their needs or opt for a complete overhaul by working through them all
  • User-friendly - each questionnaire only takes a few minutes to complete online, the results are easy to understand and the personal development plan is tailor-made to the individual's requirements
  • Fast - the user gets their questionnaire result and suggestions for action within seconds
  • A strategic business tool - as your people complete the questionnaire, the organisation builds up a central database, which the administrator can interrogate to produce tailored reports on the organisationby departmen /by function by any group. This allows them to identify areas of the organisation requiring most developmental resources
