This Questionnaire is available to do online. On completing the payment process the Questionnaire will be added to the "Pending Questionnaires" section of your account. Once you have submitted your answers your results will be instantly available together with a full report containing tailor-made development suggestions. What you learn, and how easily you learn, from different experiences is largely governed by your learning style.

These are preferences you have developed over time - often without even realising it. So, you might be a "hands-on" learner, preferring to have a go and try something for yourself. Or you might be a "tell-me" learner, preferring to have things explained and be thoroughly briefed before you try something. Or you might be a "show-me" learner, preferring to have a demonstration from an acknowledged expert before you have a go yourself.

There are two compelling reasons for knowing and understanding your learning style preferences:

• Firstly, it enables you to become smarter at choosing experiences that match your style. This saves time and frustration. You no longer need to struggle to learn from inappropriate, perhaps even incompatible, experiences.
• Secondly knowing your preferences is the first step to becoming an all-round learner. You will quickly see which styles you are under-utilising and what to do to strengthen them.
